Paul Blume

Paul has been a part of JCC since 2009. He began as the Office Manager and has risen to the role of CFO. Paul specializes in change of ownerships (CHOWs) and stock transfers. Paul is an ACHC certified consultant and knowledgeable of standards and regulations for all HCSSA licensures, payor sources, and accreditation standards. Paul also co-manages the JCC coding and billing departments.
